Cancellation Fee Policy
At Mustis Buses, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience for all our passengers. To ensure a smooth journey for everyone, we have established the following cancellation fee policy:
No Smoking or Drinking:
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on our buses. Passengers found violating this policy will be subject to immediate removal from the bus, and a cleaning fee may be applied.
Vomit Clean-Up Fee:
In the unfortunate event of bus vomit, a cleaning fee of £500 will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning and sanitising the affected area. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for all passengers.
Cancellation of Minibus Booking:
For minibus bookings, if you choose to cancel your reservation:
If the cancellation occurs less than one week before the scheduled departure, no refund will be provided. If the cancellation is made within one month of the booking, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
***Note: Festival, Wedding and Airport fees are non-refundable.
Minibus Passenger Conduct:
When travelling in a minibus:
Please refrain from disturbing the driver during the journey.
Do not ask the driver to play your personal music. The driver will provide a playlist for the journey.
Mustis Buses reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation fee policy as necessary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable travel experience for all our passengers.
